Ingredients: 1 cup of milk, ½ tsp milk tea spice blend, ½ tbsp of ground tea, sugar or honey (optional)

Preparation: 1.Place a saucepan over medium heat, pour milk into the pan. 2. Add the milk tea spice blend. 3. When the milk comes to a slight boil, add ground tea, stir well. 4. Add sugar and combine well. 5. Let the milk come to a boil. 6. Remove the pan from the heat. 7. Strain the tea into a mug or cup. Serve it hot or cold.
