Let's Cook with <3 Today: Chicken Fattah- Bil Maraq

Ingredients: 6 cups or 1.5 liters water, 1 1/2 tsp Habashi chillies spice blend, 1 medium tomato or 150 g, 1 cup of chicken bouillon, 2 tbsp ghee, 3 loaves bread


Preparation:

1.In a large saucepan, add water, spices, tomato, chicken bouillon, habashi chillies spice blend and ghee.

2.Bring to boil and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Put a pan over high heat until very hot.

3.Add the bread and pour over the prepared stock.

4.Stir bread with the stock until the bread absorbs the stock as much as possible. Serve immediately.
