You love almond milk, but you think it’s too pricey? You can make it at home! Not to mention that you can also add your favorite flavor or sweetener.
Just follow this simple procedure:
1. Ingredients: 150 gr almonds (( hyperlink to Rihla’s nuts or seeds), cold water, filtered water, vanilla extract, sweetener (honey, agave syrup, date syrup)
Preparation: Wash the almonds then put them in a bowl and cover with cold water. Let the stay in for 8 hours or best overnight.
Later, or in the morning, drain the almonds. Put them in a blender, add 1 liter of filtrated water and blend for a minute.
Drain the content through a thin cloth or drainer. Add some spices, flavorings or sweeteners according to taste. Stir.
