120 g almond meal (almond milk leftovers)
1 middle-size ripe banana
50 g melted coconut oil
30 g cocoa
2-3 tbsp organic sugar
50 g chopped dark chocolate or nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds)
Heat your oven to 180 Celsius. Set a parchment paper on the bottom of your cake pan. But the almond meal, the banana, coconut oil and cocoa. Blend well then add sugar to taste. Blend again and add the chocolate or nuts. Pour the batter into the pan. Bake for 30 minutes and led it cool completely before you cut it.
