Breakfast Ideas for Night Owls and Breakfast- Quitters

You want to skip breakfast but have no time to prepare something healthy and nutritious in the morning? Here are some tips that may save your morning breakfast struggle:

1. Before bedtime, prepare wheat flakes meal (no cooking!) that will be ready to eat when you wake up or take it with you to work. Mix 1/3- ½ tbsp of wheat flakes with ½ or 1 tbsp milk (dairy or plant) or yogurt (Greek or other). You can spice up this recipe by changing ingredients daily, adding chia seeds, matcha powder, chopped nuts and seeds, chunks of dry fruits. Nuts and seeds will provide you with a daily dose of minerals why dry fruits will give you plenty of vitamins and energy.

Add honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, or cocoa powder. Honey, cocoa, and cinnamon will not only add tasty flavor and yummy smell but will also replenish your body with a wide array of health benefits as they contain anti-inflammatory and fat-loss compounds.

Stir well, then store into a glass container, seal well and put it in the fridge. Let it stay overnight or for a minimum of 4 hours before you can eat it.
