Delicious smooth and creamy pasta with a fierce tang of sage!
Ingredients: 100 g butter, 4-5 sage leaves, 80 g grated Parmesan, black pepper
Preparation:
1.Wash and dry the sage leaves.
2.Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the sage.
3.Cook very gently over a low flame taking care not to let the butter burn.
4.Pour over cooked pasta and stir through well together with freshly grated Parmesan.
